Noffke Residence
The Noffke's were happy that they sold their current home in Glenview since they had come to outgrow it. Now where to go? It would have been easy to purchase a larger home that was in "move in" condition, but the Noffke's fell in love with a magnificent, two story, 6 Bedroom, 5.1 bathroom, all brick colonial in beautiful Glen Oak Acres that was not in "move in" condition. The catch, they only had 31 days before they had to be out of their current home. The renovation was definitely a challenge, but DCS was able to deliver the professionalism and superior quality level we expect from our team in our client's timeline, while keeping within the client's budget.
